Ingredients

  • 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cup ice cold water
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 4-5 sliced bananas ripe
  • 11 ounce box Vanilla wafers

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, add the sweetened condensed milk and cold water. Mix together until combined.
  • Next, add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the same bowl and whisk together until there are no lumps. Cover with saran wrap and let the pudding sit in the fridge for 3-4 hours. (1 hour at least if you're impatient but the pudding must set)
  • In a large separate bowl combine the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and sugar and beat with a whisk attachment on the electric mixer (stand mixer) or hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  • Combine the whipped cream and pudding mixture by gently folding in the whipped cream until there are no streaks of pudding visible.
  • Slice your bananas. Arrange the first layer of vanilla wafers or shortbread cookies. Then a layer of banana slices, followed by a layer of creamy pudding mixture. Repeat the layers until you reach the top.
  • Top it all off with some more whipped cream and crumbled remaining wafers.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.Serve cold with additional cookies and enjoy!
