Season your chicken breasts: season with chili lime seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
Heat up pan/skillet: Melt some butter or olive oil in a pan set to medium heat and cook the seasoned chicken until cooked thoroughly.
Remove the chicken: set it aside on a plate
Add in the rice: Leave in the let over seasoning from cooking the chicken. Add in a bit more of the above seasonings for extra flavor.
Pour in chicken broth and lime juice: Stir
Add chicken back: Place cooked chicken on top of the rice and broth.
Cover and cook until water is gone and rice is done.
Serve: Top with sliced limes, a squeeze of lime juice, and fresh cilantro or parsley
